We are excited to announce a new feature: desktop notifications for staff! The Desktop Staff Notification system is now live, enabling staff to receive real-time notifications directly on their desktops, provided they’ve enabled notifications in their browser. Currently supports Chrome browser only.

Available Notifications:

1. 🏋️All Member Check-ins

   • Get notified whenever a member checks-in.

2. 💰Check-ins of Members with Outstanding Balances

   • Stay updated on check-ins from members who have outstanding balances.

3. 📅Check-ins with Upcoming Subscription Cancellations

   • Receive alerts when members with upcoming subscription cancellations check-in.

4. 🌐New Web Leads

   • Be notified immediately when a new website lead is generated and created in the software.

5. 📝New Online Sign-up Initiated

   • Get updates when a new online sign-up process has been initiated (Online means - Purchase portal, Member app/Member portal)

6. ✅Successful Online Sign-ups

   • Receive notifications for successful online sign-ups. (Online is - Purchase portal, Member app/Member portal)

7. ⚠️Online Sign-ups Payment Failed

   • Stay on top of any failed payments during the online sign-up process. (Online is - Purchase portal, Member app/Member portal)
