  • Child Profile - Revised Relationship Dropdown

    At the time of child profile creation, we ask for the relationship with the client profile. We have revised and added new relationships as listed below. This update will also apply to already existing records. πŸš€Improvement


  • Linked Profile Information Update

    When a child profile is added to a parent profile, the linked profile information was previously only visible on the child profile. Now, the linked profile details will be shown on both the parent and child client profiles. πŸš€Improvement

  • Update on Editing Permissions for Email ID and Phone Number

    Currently, staff with can_admin_clientprofile and can_manage_clientprofile claims are allowed to edit the email ID and phone number. We have now removed the permission to edit the email ID and phone number from the can_manage_clientprofile claim. Going forward, only staff with the can_admin_clientprofile claim will be allowed to edit the email ID and phone number. πŸš€Improvement

  • Payment method token status

    For recurring payments, now you can see the token status on the subscription list page on the profile as Confirmed rejected, or pending πŸš€Improvement

  • Client Check-In Report Update

    We have added a new column to the Client Check-In Report. The new column, "Home Centre," will display the home centre name for all check-ins. πŸš€Improvement

  • Membership Expired Report Update

    We have added a new column named β€˜LIFETIME VALUE’ πŸš€Improvement

  • Recurring Subscription Freeze

    You can now freeze recurring subscriptions. For recurring subscriptions, the entire billing cycle can be frozen based on the number of allowed attempts. Once a freeze is initiated, it can be canceled only if it has not started. After the freeze has begun, it cannot be stopped, and the start and end dates of the freeze cannot be edited. There is no special freeze option for recurring subscriptions. πŸš€Improvement

  • Subscription Sign Up Report Update

    We have added a new filter for β€˜subscription category’. This filter helps you to sort subscriptions by category, such as Paid in Full, Pay as You Go, and Contract.

  • Booking Tab View Past Bookings Update

    There was an issue with viewing past bookings. When clicking on the "load more" button, past bookings from previous months were not being loaded. This has now been fixed. You will now be able to see past bookings from previous months when you click on the "load more" button. ✨Fix

  • Subscription Detail Report Update

    A new "Sales Representative" column has been added to the Subscription Detail report. This column is now available both in the frontend view and in the export, providing additional information. πŸš€Improvement

  • Subscription Status Update

    There was an issue where the subscription status was not changing from frozen to active when a freeze was stopped or its start and end date were edited. Now, this has been fixed. The subscription status will correctly change to active on the freeze end date. ✨Fix

  • Appointment Reports - export Update

    We have updated the "Appointment by Coach" and "Appointment by Category" reports. Previously, these reports export included only the "Updated by Staff ID" column. For simplicity and clarity, we have now added the "Updated by Staff Name" column to both reports export. πŸš€Improvement

  • Payment Report Print Issue Fixed

    We have resolved the issue where the summary was not being printed when users attempted to print the payment report. Now, the summary will be included in the printed report. ✨Fix

  • Payment Report Update: Invoice Date Column

    A new column for the invoice date has been added to the payment report, both in the frontend and in exports. This addition will help identify the payment received corresponding to the specific invoice date. πŸš€Improvement

  • Client Session Booking Details Update

    On the client profile under the booking tab, you can now clearly see the total number of sessions, including how many are booked, used, and available. Previously, only the count of used and available sessions was displayed, but now the booked sessions will also be shown. πŸš€Improvement

  • Recurring Sign-Up Deposit Information on Invoice PDF

    Previously, when a recurring sign-up included a deposit, the invoice PDF did not indicate which membership the deposit was associated with. Now, the invoice PDF will display a deposit tag along with information on which cycle the deposit will be settled. Also tax line item details of deposit was incorrectly shown is now fixed. ✨Fix

  • Payment Timeline Improvement

    The payment timeline has been enhanced to now show the month where the deposit will be adjusted, along with its current status. πŸš€Improvement

  • Client Check-In Report Update

    A new column named "Home Centre" has been added to the client check-in report. This column will display the home club of each client. πŸš€Improvement

  • Clear Balance Feature

    You can now send a link to clients to clear any outstanding balance on their invoice online. This option will appear under the invoice action button only when there is a balance due. The link can be sent via email or WhatsApp. πŸš€Improvement
