Attachments - Waiver

Previously, when a waiver was signed, multiple copies of the waiver corresponding to the number of services in the plan appeared under the client profile → attachments → waiver folder. This issue has now been fixed, and you will see a single consolidated waiver. This change had no business impact and merely addressed the issue of duplicate entries. ✨Fix
