Overview:

Our latest update introduces the 'Force Activation of Subscription' feature, allowing you to activate memberships immediately, even when there are pending actions such as incomplete mandatory information or unsigned waivers

Benefits:

• Immediate Activation: Activate memberships on the spot, without waiting for all formalities to be completed.

• Flexibility in Operations: Provides the ability to override pending items in certain scenarios where immediate activation is necessary.

• Streamlined Admin Process: Enhance administrative efficiency by reducing delays in membership activation.

How to Use:

1. Go to the profile page and subscription tab.

2. Select the subscription that is still pending for mandatory action.

3. Select activate subscription from the actions menu

This feature is especially useful in scenarios where offline payments have been made, and you need to ensure members can access their benefits without delay.

Note: Forceful activation can only be done by staff that has Membership management Admin privilege or Role as Admin.
