We're thrilled to announce a significant update to our waiver management process, transitioning to a streamlined service-level approach. This change will boost efficiency and simplify the sign-up process for both clients and administrators.

🗂 Waiver Mapping at Service Category Level:

• Service-Level Waiver Mapping: Waivers can now be mapped at the service category level. When creating or editing a service category, you will have the option to map waivers.

• Flexibility in Management: Each service can be assigned its own waiver or no waiver at all, providing flexibility in compliance management.

• Waiver Assignment: Once the waiver is mapped, and that service is added at the time of plan creation, the associated waivers will be sent to the client during the sign-up process.

🔄 Streamlined Sign-Up Process:

• Combined Waivers: At the time of sign-up, multiple waivers will be combined into a single document for signing, streamlining the sign-up process for clients.

📄 Waiver Format:

• Agreement Format: Each waiver generated will be presented in an agreement format, including details of the clients, plans, associated information, and the signed terms and conditions they agreed to.
