1. Multiple Sales Return for an Invoice:

   • You have the flexibility to perform multiple sales returns for a single invoice. However, it's important to note that the total sales return amount cannot exceed the total invoice amount.

2. Item-Level Sales Returns:

   • Sales returns are executed at the invoice item level. This means you can specify which item(s) on the invoice you want to return.

   • The sales return amount should be equal to or less than the original invoice amount for that specific item.

3. Refunding Excess Amount:

   • If the sales return amount results in an excess payment to be refunded, it will be credited to the client's E-wallet

   • This E-wallet amount can be utilized for future transactions or can be requested as a refund when needed.
