  • In freeze feature, we've introduced a exemption from checking for any freeze configuration for certain roles and claims. Earlier, only users with the 'admin' role could perform a special freeze. Now, we've extended this exemption to users with the 'staff' role and access to the claim 'can_admin_membership.' As a result, these users can proceed with a freeze, bypassing any configured freeze settings

  • We have reinstated two missing fields on coupon creation:

  1. No. of times the coupons to be generated.

  2. Discount percentage for the Paid in Full plan.

  • The issue of not being able to use Debit Card as a payment mode in the offline payment flow has been successfully resolved. You can now proceed with payments using a debit card as the selected payment mode.

  • Membership renewal and expiry report which includes the service category filter, faced an issue, where service categories with the behavior 'Membership' were not visible in the service category dropdown We have successfully resolved this issue, and now you will be able to filter the report using service categories of type 'Membership'.

  • The issue where the Active Client list was not being fetched when using the Client Rep filter has been successfully resolved.

  • Now onwards, staff with admin role and access to all centers will have permission to create/edit staff permission templates. Other claims attached to this action have been removed.

  • On the Staff permission create/edit page, a new claim 'Can Admin Staff' has been added. Formerly, only users with the admin role were permitted to create staff in the software. With this update, users with the staff role and access to this claim will also be able to create staff but limited to the role 'Staff' only. It's important to note that staff with the 'Admin' role can still be created exclusively by users with the 'Admin' role.

  • When assigning access templates to staff during staff creation/editing, system will now only show templates that are equal to or have fewer rights than the user creating the staff in the software. Users will be restricted from assigning templates with higher access rights.

  • The issue where second mobile number, if added for any client, was not displaying on the client profile has been successfully fixed.

  • Omni search/client search has been enhanced to support the search clients using their second mobile number.

  • In Invoice Detailed Report export, a new column for the client tax number has been added. This column will provide information on the tax number of the client.

  • Initially, the software only supported English input numbers. In this release, there is an enhancement—now, the software supports non-English number input in subscriptions, charges, e-wallet billing and balance payment flow.
