  • We've introduced day-based plan configuration, allowing you to set the service validity for one day or longer. This enhancement offers greater flexibility in designing plans that cater to different durations, providing an improved experience for users. 🚀Improvement

  • In branch settings, we have added a setting name 'auto checkin class and appointment.' When this setting is activated, it will automatically mark appointments and classes as checked-in two hours before and two hours after their designated check-in time. By default, this feature is turned off. 🚀Improvement

  • The issue with manual check-in not working for valid memberships has been resolved. ✨Fix

  • Now, you have the capability to activate subscriptions that are pending due to waiver signing and mandatory information completion. To initiate this activation, you can easily access the 'Activate Membership' option within the Client Profile's Subscriptions Tab. It's important to note that this option is available only when the subscription status is in an 'in-progress' state, giving you the flexibility to take action when needed. this can be done by user's having admin role or rights to manage membership 🚀Improvement

  • The "Assign Session Owner" feature, initially limited to session-based services, has been expanded to include the session owner assignment for base membership services as well. This enhancement offers greater flexibility in managing service ownership across various service types. 🚀Improvement

  • The "Ex-client List" now provides a clear breakdown into three tabs: "All, Ex-clients", "Ex-client Member." and "Ex-client Non-Member." Users can easily switch between these tabs or view all ex-clients. This enhancement offers improved navigation and categorization of ex-client records. 🚀Improvement

  • On subscription List (settings) , you now have the capability to filter plans based on their status and easily mark plans as active or inactive, both individually and in bulk. This feature enhances your control and management of plans, offering greater flexibility in handling plan statuses. 🚀Improvement

  • The issue where blocked client profiles we're not having an option for unblocking has been successfully resolved. This fix You can now unblock previously blocked client profiles as needed ✨Fix

  • The issue where certain system-initiated tasks were not appearing correctly in the scheduled date filter on the task list page has been resolved. ✨Fix

  • Transfer issue related to migrated data, specifically the restriction on transferring memberships when invoices against the subscription were not migrated, has been successfully resolved. You can now transfer memberships without any obstacles, even if the subscription invoice is not present. ✨Fix

  • The issue where memberships that were frozen were not displaying the correct membership status has been successfully resolved. Memberships with a "frozen" status should now function correctly without any issues. ✨Fix

  • An improvement has been made to address client statuses that were displayed as "Ex-client" even if an active non-base membership was present. This scenario has been addressed, ensuring that client statuses now accurately reflect the presence of active non-base memberships. 🚀Improvement

  • The issue in the schedule report system, where creating a schedule filter, deleting it, and then attempting to recreate it resulted in a duplicate error even though the filter had been deleted, has been fixed. Now, you can create and recreate schedule filters without encountering duplicate errors after deletion.✨Fix

  • The issue of marking a report as a favorite has been resolved, and you can now mark the report as your favorite.✨Fix

  • Previously, task notes were editable after task creation, but they are now non-editable.🚀Improvement

  • Regarding attachments: Previously, only staff with the 'admin' role had permission to upload documents, but now users with the role admin, Edit & Manage Client Profiles,and Create Prospects claims are allowed to upload attachments for clients. 🚀Improvement

  • The issue wherein CRM > Opportunities > Pipeline View (Page), clicking an opportunity without a task opened the wrong task pop-up has been resolved. Now, when you click, a create task pop-up will appear as expected." ✨Fix

  • You now have the flexibility to register clients with contact numbers from any country within your center. In the past, the system limited client registration to those whose contact numbers were associated with the center's own country 🚀Improvement
