This feature simplifies the process of moving members from one club to another within our organization. Whether it's due to relocation or personal preference, our system ensures a smooth transition for both members and clubs involved. 🌟

Here's how it works:

Select Transferror:

Begin the transfer process by choosing the member who wishes to move their membership to another club

Select Membership for Transfer:

Next, select the membership that the member would like to transfer to a different club within our network.

Select the Destination Club:

Pick the club where the transfer will take place.

Transfer Request Initiation:

Once the member initiates the transfer request from their current club ('Club A') to their desired club ('Club B'), the process kicks off.

Club B's Decision:

• Club 'B' receives your request and has the option to Accept or Decline it.

Upon Acceptance:

• If Club 'B' accepts your transfer, they gain access to a world of possibilities:

📋 Incoming Transfer Details: - Club 'B' receives all necessary information about the member who initiated the transfer.

💼 Choose the Subscription at Club B: - The member selects the subscription at Club 'B' where they want to be transferred.

🔄 Subscription Comparison and Adjustment: - Our system performs a comprehensive comparison between the current subscription (Club A) and the new one (Club B).Modify sessions and expiry dates as needed to tailor the experience to your preferences.

💰 Transfer Calculation: - Our smart system handles the calculations. It adjusts your carried-over subscription value with the new subscription value. - You'll be informed of the difference amount, making the transition transparent.
