Differentiate Booked vs Waitlisted Clients on Kiosk App Check-in Screen

Currently, the Kiosk App displays all clients (both booked and waitlisted) under a single ‘All’ list on the check-in screen, without any visible differentiation. This creates confusion for front desk staff and instructors managing class attendance, as they cannot identify which clients have confirmed bookings versus those on the waitlist.

Suggested Improvement:

Introduce a clear visual indicator or a segmented view within the check-in list to distinguish:

  • Booked Clients

  • Waitlisted Clients

Alternatively, add a filter option alongside ‘All’, ‘Checked In’, and ‘Pending’ to view ‘Booked Only’ and ‘Waitlisted Only’ lists.
