we need an option where member can download the app and sign up themselves, instead of creating profile from the software and then share the credentials
Hi, I assume this is for prospects to log in to the app. Could you please help us with more details. if you can elaborate on what use case you are trying to solve with app for prospects ?

If someone hears from a friend about the benefits of attending classes at our center and is interested in joining, they should be able to download the app, create their profile, and add themselves for a drop-in class.
This ensures a seamless experience for potential new members who want to try out our classes before committing.
