Similar to collecting mandatory info like emergency contact info, etc. Add ability to collect mandatory documents as a part of Signup (picture or scan the image using the camera or upload the file)
On behalf of easyGym, we would like to request the addition of a mandatory ID proof upload/entry requirement at the time of new member signup in the software.
Currently, we have observed that ID proof is not being consistently captured during registrations, which creates challenges in maintaining accurate member records and ensuring security. Making this field mandatory will help standardize the process across all signups and avoid any oversight.
