Member App - Ability to transfer to another branch

Description:

Members with single-club access memberships often need to transfer their membership to another club due to relocation or changing preferences. While the backend currently allows manual membership transfers across clubs, this capability is not available to members within the mobile app.

Feature Requirement:

Allow members to initiate a request to transfer their active membership from one club to another directly through the mobile app.

• Display current home club to the member

• Provide option to request transfer to another available location

• Allow clubs to approve or auto-approve transfers (configurable)

• Notify member and staff on status
