Member app currently logs out every 30 days for security purposes. A secure always logged in mode on the app will make the member experience even better.

    Upcoming Enhancement: Extended Session Authentication

    We’ve implemented a new, security-first authentication flow that automatically refreshes access tokens in the background. With this upgrade:

    • Users can remain signed in for up to 90 days without manual re-authentication.

    • All token refreshes comply with our highest security standards and best-practice encryption.

    This feature will ship in the next release.
