Partial Freeze Option in Recurring Membership

Feature Request

Currently, we have the option to freeze recurring memberships, but it applies only to a full billing cycle. We’d like to request an enhancement that allows freezing for a shorter duration, such as 1 or 2 weeks, based on member requirements.

    Coming in July: Recurring Freeze Enhancement

    Development is complete on our new Recurring Freeze feature. You’ll soon be able to place a recurring subscription on hold for just part of a billing cycle—ideal for short breaks without cancelling the entire plan.

    The enhancement will be included in our July release.
