Disabling of screenshots for the gate access QR code

I am writing to request the implementation of a critical security feature in the Fitness Force mobile application — specifically, the disabling of screenshots for the gate access QR code. This request is driven by the need to strengthen access control and prevent unauthorized individuals from capturing or sharing the gym access QR code. While the QR code is set to expire after 10 minutes, we have observed that users can take screenshots and reuse or distribute them, allowing for multiple unauthorized entries. This undermines the integrity of our access system and poses a significant security risk to our facility. This vulnerability is currently a showstopper for our project implementation, and resolving it is essential for moving forward. We kindly urge your team to prioritize this enhancement to ensure secure and controlled access to the gym. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response regards.

Temaplete Access Restriction For Staff POS

Hi Support Team as we have discused with Ms Sana in last meeting that we want some sales staff to restrict access of POS to avoid making client memebrships or any payemnt inFF system becasue they did wrong entry many times therefore we assign they other temaplte like(GG rep abha) with some restriction any those staff who has this temaplte their POS option restriced theri profile its Great but the issue is Their sold membrhsip when brnach manager or any other staff sho has POS accees during enter cannot file the sale perosn name in saleperosn list kinldy resolve this issue so we can restrcit out some staff entring POS payment in system to avoid errors i attached screenshot for the test user which template assign (GGrep abha )for restriction of POS but his name not apreaing in sale person list

Differentiate Booked vs Waitlisted Clients on Kiosk App Check-in Screen

Currently, the Kiosk App displays all clients (both booked and waitlisted) under a single ‘All’ list on the check-in screen, without any visible differentiation. This creates confusion for front desk staff and instructors managing class attendance, as they cannot identify which clients have confirmed bookings versus those on the waitlist. Suggested Improvement: Introduce a clear visual indicator or a segmented view within the check-in list to distinguish: Booked Clients Waitlisted Clients Alternatively, add a filter option alongside ‘All’, ‘Checked In’, and ‘Pending’ to view ‘Booked Only’ and ‘Waitlisted Only’ lists.

Member App - Ability to transfer to another branch

Description: Members with single-club access memberships often need to transfer their membership to another club due to relocation or changing preferences. While the backend currently allows manual membership transfers across clubs, this capability is not available to members within the mobile app. Feature Requirement: Allow members to initiate a request to transfer their active membership from one club to another directly through the mobile app. Display current home club to the member Provide option to request transfer to another available location Allow clubs to approve or auto-approve transfers (configurable) Notify member and staff on status
